A place to start,
not a fix-all
You've already done the harder part — noticing the pattern and starting to understand why it happens. This next step is just about giving that understanding more shape.
Attached by Amir Levine and Rachel Heller is the book that put language to a lot of what shows up in the scripts you've been using — why silence feels unbearable to some people and barely registers to others, why "needing reassurance" isn't the same as being needy. This includes an affiliate link — if you buy through it, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
No pressure either way — the scripts in your Blueprint work fine on their own.
This is just for if you want to go deeper.
